Kraft is the perfect Beachorado cardstock

Hi my dedicated 19 followers! Welcome back! Today I have another baby card. I think the little lamb is the cutest ever. I have to say that if I was only allowed to work with one colored cardstock it would be KRAFT. It is quintessential BEACHORADO. It is rustic and rugged, natural and nautical, textured and well, gosh darn terrific!

I am having the most fun on this blog. It is exciting to have people check out the site and become followers. As of my last check, I have had amost 600 hits to the Beachorado movement! yeah! Because I really appreciate your visiting my little place of joy, I thought when I reach 20 followers, I would have a giveaway...so sign up!!!

supplies: Denami stamps, bakers twine, Quickutz embossing folder A2 rings, paper custom gift from my friend Angela :)

Cupcakes: make them but don't eat them

I have this cupcake stamp set that I adore. I haven't used it in a while and decided to play a bit. Originally was going to give it to a little girl who invited my son to her birthday party, but decided to make her something else. Don't worry, I will post a pic on what I made for her too! You ever make something or buy something and decide it is too cute to give away? Yep, guilty. Anyhoo, here is the card.

The stamp set is from Basic Grey from the Nook and Pantry collection. Polka dot stamp is from Papertrey Ink (polka dot basic ll). The Ribbon is Martha Stewart. Gems are I-rock. Punch is Fiskers (Apron Lace). Just letting you know because I know you all are going to run out there and buy all these supplies. ;)

I am trying to lose baby weight...hence the title of this post. On a new eating plan called Paleo. More about that later. Thanks for visiting!!

Being creative...SOOO Beachorado

It is so nice to be able to get creative. There is peace in being able to silently make beautiful things. I spent some time in my craft room yesterday and it felt great.  My goal for 2012 is to remember to send cards to my friends and family. People just don't do that anymore and it is such a pleasant surprise to get a card in the mail. Almost as good as a present!

My aunt Najia just had twins, so I have baby on the brain. Well, without further ado...I present THE card:

Feel free to "oooo" and "aaaahhh". I think it is pretty impressive! Thanks for stopping by!
